Or is the GPA web site really buggy?
I have been having all kinds of weird problems getting there. Inconsistent listing of the literature (sometimes it's there, sometimes not, sometimes incomplete, etc.), and then just site unavailable...like tonight for example:

Maybe their hosting service just sucks...

Personally, I've never had a problem with their site--maybe it was/is an intermittent problem with their hosting service or possibly they've been doing server maintenance etc.?

Maybe it's finally getting a total remake.
I was just there, seemed to work fine for me.
